Launched in 2018 by the R&A, the Women In Golf Charter is supported by England Golf. It aims to:
* Encourage a more inclusive culture within golf
* Get more Women and Girls playing golf
* Encourage more opportunities for women who work to play golf
* Encourage more families to enjoy golf as an activity
